Your main tasks:

• First point of contact for building users, clients, and third parties in office and laboratory buildings
• Conducting regular inspection rounds and checking the safety status, including marking permanent hazards       
• Administrative process management for the approval and release of shutdowns of systems/media/work permits 
• Identifying maintenance needs, defining and implementing the necessary measures
• Carrying out maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems, including documentation   
• Ensuring compliance with building-specific requirements
• Carrying out minor maintenance work (e.g., replacing light bulbs, etc.)
• Access control management of Mobatime and SEA
• Taking on on-call duty in the pharmaceutical area
• Taking over the deputy role of the Facility Services Manager

Your profile:

• Completed basic training in a craft or technical field or training as a Federal Certified Facility Manager
• 2 years as a facility manager or in a craft profession
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• English language skills, both written and spoken
• Additional languages are an advantage
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
• Structured, precise, and independent working style  High customer and service orientation as well as very good communication skills
• Willingness to take on on-call duty
• Driving license category B
