Worldwide Deployment Area for Customer Satisfaction
To complement our team, we are looking for an independent, reliable, and motivated personality to start immediately or by arrangement. Your diverse range of tasks includes the commissioning and qualification of systems – both internally before customer acceptance (FAT) and on-site at the customer for final acceptance (SAT). This involves not only new systems from our factory but also complete retrofit projects on-site.
Training sessions and service assignments at customers are also part of your responsibilities.
As an external representative of the organization, customer well-being is important to you, and you remain calm in the face of unexpected challenges. You are the contact person for operators on-site and advise the customer on service matters.
International travel activity is approximately 60%.
You bring the following:

Completed electrical training (e.g., automation technician, mechatronics technician, or comparable qualification).

Experience in mechanical assembly

Professional experience in service is an advantage

Independent, team-oriented personality who enjoys taking responsibility

Good German and English skills (spoken and written)

Driver's license category B
