What you can achieve
- Ensuring a personal reception of patients and their care
- Positioning and preparing all patients on the operating table according to the situation
- Considering the prevention of possible injuries
- Ensuring asepsis and hygiene in the operating department
- Setting up extensions, applying postoperative plaster and surgical dressings
- Preparing and tidying materials, managing, operating and checking highly specialised medical-technical devices
What you bring with you
- Federal professional certificate, e.g. as Health & Social Assistant, Federal diploma as Health and Care Specialist or comparable qualification with certification
- Basic and advanced course in operating theatre positioning care is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of anatomy
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
