The focus of this role is on the professional support of complex care situations as well as sustainable care development at the location.

• Professional advice and support of the care team in complex care situations
• Planning, correct implementation, and evaluation of nursing and medical treatment measures for chronic and complex health problems
• Participation in case discussions and complex care decisions
• Ensuring compliance with legal, professional, and internal requirements
• Ensuring evidence-based nursing practice
• Preparation, support, and follow-up of internal and external audits
• Analysis and optimization of care processes in collaboration with nursing management
• Professional contact person for nursing staff on professional and care quality issues
• Planning and conducting internal training and further education
• Coaching and professional support of nursing staff
• Implementation of our concepts

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF or FH, as well as further training at MSc/MAS, APN level or equivalent further training
• Many years of experience in long-term care as a Dipl. Nurse HF is mandatory
• Sound knowledge or proven experience in wound management, palliative care, and psychogeriatric nursing including advising care teams
• Very good knowledge of the RAI system as a tool for professional decision support
• Ability to quickly build a stable relationship with team members and shape result-oriented development processes
• Commitment and joy in being part of a dedicated team and "closer to people"
