Facility Manager Production (m/f/d)
Your main tasks- Responsibility and coordination of integrated facility management for production, logistics and office areas
- Ensuring reliable, safe and efficient operation of the entire infrastructure
- Planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance work on building and supply systems
- Coordination of construction, renovation and infrastructure projects
- Management and control of external service providers including contracts, SLAs and performance monitoring
- Close cooperation with internal departments such as production, purchasing and finance
- Contact person for authorities, insurance companies and external partners
- Management of CAPEX and other facility investment projects
- Development and implementation of innovative and future-oriented solutions
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations such as GMP, ATEX, ISO 14001, AEO and SOX
- Support in crisis management as well as risk analysis and minimisation
- Responsibility for planning, control and monitoring of the facility and utility budget
- Continuous development of systems and infrastructure to ensure business continuity
- Completed studies in engineering (BSc or higher)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in facility management, ideally in a production environment
- Sound knowledge in building technology, utilities, infrastructure and compliance
- Experience in project and service provider management
- Very good German and English skills
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Hands-on mentality and strong sense of responsibility
