• Independent processing and organisation of radiological image transmission to referring doctors and external institutions, including handling image requests and enquiries by phone and electronically, as well as ensuring timely and accurate provision of examination images and reports
• Receiving/processing telephone enquiries including providing information and coordinating orders
• Planning and arranging examination appointments with referring doctors and outpatient patients
• Patient reception, care and accompaniment of patients in the outpatient process
• Supporting the team in daily business as well as interdisciplinary collaboration and taking on additional tasks as instructed by doctors

• Medical secretarial knowledge
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Quick comprehension as well as independent, careful and structured working style
• Flexibility and willingness for work assignments within the framework of holiday and absence cover
