Are you passionate about driving sales performance and shaping strategic initiatives? As a Sales Steering Consultant, you will play a key role in analyzing sales data, identifying growth opportunities, and developing actionable plans to enhance efficiency and revenue across our retail network. Join our dynamic team and help steer success through data-driven decisions and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Training and Mentoring: Conduct mini-trainings and mentoring sessions for shops to enhance performance and ensure continuous development.
- Customer Attraction Initiatives: Create proactive initiatives to attract customers, both within the shop and outside of it.
- Process and Product Optimization: Optimize internal processes and evaluate product offerings (CVP) to ensure they meet customer needs.
- Feedback Loop Management: Establish a feedback system to record and solve problems, gather marketing feedback, share best practices, and establish improvement measures.
- Knowledge Support and Expertise: Provide expert insights and knowledge support to shop teams.
- Training and Development: Review and update training programs, including initial training and Up2Date training sessions.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct account manager visits, manage low performers, and share best practices to promote overall success."
YOUR SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field (or KV)
- At least 4 years of sales experience and 1+ year of leadership experience in the telecom retail industry; experience in retention or call center is a plus
- Strong escalation management skills and a proactive understanding of call center processes
- Clean driving license and flexibility to work across various shop locations (travel expenses reimbursed)
- Natural motivator and team player with a confident, energetic personality and drive to grow in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in both English and German
- Fluent in Swiss German (spoken) and proficient in written German (for documentation and reports)
