Introduction

In this position, you take on more than classic management tasks: you independently manage a diverse property portfolio and are the central contact person for a variety of stakeholders. Our client is an established organisation in non-profit housing, known for sustainable housing concepts, stability, and a high quality of life.

Type of Work

• Independent management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• Responsibility for rentals as well as handling move-ins and move-outs
• Reletting of properties
• Conducting viewings
• Inspections and handovers
• Processing terminations
• Preparation and review of rental contracts, including more complex agreements
• Management of dunning procedures
• First point of contact for tenant concerns
• Contact with tenants, craftsmen, etc.

Requirements Profile

• Commercial or equivalent basic training
• Several years of experience in property management
• Further training in the real estate sector (e.g. clerk) would be welcome or willingness to undertake it
• Strong communication skills and high service orientation
• Structured, independent, and networked working style
• Confident use of IT tools and MS Office
• Driving licence category B
