To ensure our production runs reliably every day, machines, systems and electrical installations must function perfectly. As an operations electrician, you ensure exactly that – with your expertise, technical understanding and solution-oriented approach.
We are looking to strengthen our team immediately or by arrangement with a

Operations Electrician 100% (m/f/d) – Oberburg BE Location

Your Challenges

• Assembly, maintenance and optimisation of electrical installations on machines, systems and buildings
• Independent execution of service, repair and maintenance work in the electrotechnical field
• Maintenance and ongoing updating of maintenance plans, technical documentation and service records
• Collaboration with production, internal and external partners as well as organisation and provision of spare parts
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty and active support in the training of new colleagues

Your Qualifications

• Completed electrotechnical vocational training (e.g. electrician EFZ or equivalent), willingness to continue training
• Several years of experience in operational electrical maintenance, ideally in a food processing company with high hygiene standards
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Team spirit, clear, open communication and respectful interaction
• High sense of responsibility, resilience and flexibility, even in hectic situations
• Permit for in-house installation work (according to Art. 13 NIV)
