You can look forward to these tasks

Support in location and competitor analyses
Implementation of market development
Contact with owners, landlords, developers, investors, municipalities, etc.
Close cooperation with the head of the Expansion Department
Information gathering for the preparation of reports, statistics, and evaluations
Active participation in projects

Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
Very good German and French skills mandatory (bilingual)
Affinity for retail (food and convenience sector)
Quick comprehension as well as independent and precise working style
Empathetic personality with a confident and well-groomed appearance
Analytical and communicative skills
Willingness for occasional business trips (in German and Western Switzerland) and possession of a category B driving license
First professional experience in expansion is an advantage
