• Active participation and support in the development of innovative vehicle concepts in the field of rail vehicles
• Collaboration within the team to prepare competitive offers for international customer projects
• Analysis of existing vehicle fleets, systems, and processes to identify optimisation and development potential
• Technical evaluation of electrical and electronic components and systems considering material, manufacturing, and lifecycle costs
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments

• Completed university-level studies (FH/ETH/TU) in electrical engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a comparable discipline
• Several years of professional experience in the rail vehicle sector or an industrial environment is an advantage
• Solid understanding of electrical and electronic systems as well as their integration into complex overall projects
• Fluent German and good English skills (at least level B2) in spoken and written form
