About the job

This is what you can achieve

• You lead the production group together with the team leader and support 14 employees in the sheltered workplace
• You set up conventional and CNC machines and program them
• You assess the work quality, conduct evaluations as well as progress reports and lead group meetings
• You ensure an economical, timely and quality-compliant processing of customer orders
• You manufacture technical wooden parts, promotional gifts/small furniture and carry out industrial series work
• You create templates and aids
• You technically supervise the in-house production line "STEIN MADE" and help develop the range
• You ensure compliance with occupational safety

This is what you bring with you

• Completed training as a joiner EFZ and several years of professional experience
• Experience in production planning (advantage: Vectorworks)
• Knowledge in operating CNC machines or willingness to learn this
• Enjoy working with people with support needs
• Further education in pedagogy or willingness to complete it
• Very good MS Office skills
