For the Untermosen Indoor Pool, we are looking for a

Employee for the Cashier Service at the Untermosen Indoor Pool, 75%

Your areas of responsibility include

• Main responsibility for the cash register of the indoor and lido pools, including correct accounting and management of the cash register systems
• Pool supervision according to the requirements of the lifeguard certificate
• Organisation, management and minute-taking of cashier meetings
• Operation of the cash register
• Key management for the indoor pool infrastructure
• First point of contact for bathers
• Sale of subscriptions as well as advising bathers on tariffs and offers
• Monday cleaning of the indoor pool according to hygiene and operational requirements
• Various administrative tasks

What you bring with you

• Good manners and enjoyment in contact with our bathers
• Communicative and service-oriented personality
• Experience in customer contact, ideally at reception
• Flexibility regarding irregular working hours, including evening and weekend shifts
• Resilience and conflict management skills
• Solid PC user skills
• Flawless German in spoken and written form is a prerequisite; foreign language skills are an advantage
• Team spirit and a sense of humour
