With around 40 employees, Akzent is one of the larger Swiss organizations in addiction prevention and treatment. The addiction therapy department offers a total of 25 inpatient therapy places for adults with addiction problems.

We are looking for a (pre-) intern in social pedagogy (80%) for the Lehn House in Kriens starting 01.08.2026 for 13 months.
Your tasks
- Presence duties usually Tuesday to Friday, 07:40 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Guidance and support of clients in coping with everyday life
- Key worker tasks with support from the practical trainer
- Collaboration and support in leisure activities (excursions, camp weeks, sports)
- Participation in group meetings, team meetings, and supervisions
- Admission and discharge management (planning and implementation)
- Accompanying external appointments and driving services
- Administrative tasks
Your profile
- Interest in working with people with substance dependence
- Ongoing studies in social pedagogy or interest in training in social pedagogy, psychology, social work, or related fields
- Empathetic, communicative, and resilient personality
- Ability to work in a team and to act in challenging situations
- Independent and responsible way of working
- A category B driving license (manual transmission vehicles only) is mandatory
