Your tasks and our desired profileYour tasks
- HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from entry to exit
- Recruitment of specialists and executives in cooperation with line managers
- Support of HR systems (e.g. Umantis, PeopleDoc, TimeTool)
- Contact person for authorities, offices and external partners (insurances etc.)
- Organization and implementation of our onboarding days
- Apprenticeship management of the Binelli Group
Our desired profile
- Completed further training in the personnel field
- Professional experience in a similar function
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law
- Team-oriented, reliable personality with high social competence and discretion
- Independent working style and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
