These tasks await you
- You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of financial services and build and expand your knowledge in the field of investment fund business. As a Fund Reporting employee, you will be trained in the following area of responsibility and gradually take on more responsibility:
- Preparation and publication of annual and semi-annual financial statements as well as fund reports
- Accompanying audit reviews
- Preparation of reports for our partners (factsheets, quarterly reports, etc.)
- Preparation of regulatory notifications for our funds
- Support in maintaining internal and external master data
- Assisting in the implementation of new processes
- Communication with external partners, such as asset managers, custodian banks and service providers
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or comparable training
- Ideally, you bring 2 to 5 years of professional experience in the financial industry
- Practical experience in accounting or in preparing reports is an advantage
- You have a quick grasp and an affinity for IT & systems, especially in handling Excel
- You have a flair for numbers and are characterised by a careful and precise way of working
- You are an uncomplicated team player with a positive basic attitude who likes to think along and lend a hand
- You have native-level German and good business English
