As a Senior Property Manager, you take on responsibility and are given the necessary freedom to shape your role. In this position, you can develop personally and professionally and receive a fair and market-appropriate salary. You have the option to work part-time, job share or from home, if customer needs allow. Responsibilities:
- You manage the commercial and technical administration of a diverse property portfolio
- You actively support re-letting - from coordinating and conducting viewings to communicating with interested parties
- You prepare rental contracts, annexes and addenda for apartments and ancillary properties
- You organise and accompany apartment and property inspections and handovers
- You support debtor and creditor management while keeping an overview of outstanding matters
- You are an important contact person for tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities and caretakers
Qualifications:
- You have successfully obtained the qualification as a property manager with a Swiss federal certificate
- You have several years of experience in managing residential properties
- You have confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- You have good IT application knowledge, especially in MS Office programmes and GREM
- You are characterised by a charismatic appearance and strong social skills
- You hold a valid driving licence and have your own vehicle
