For our People & Culture team, we are looking for a colleague to complement our staff team as a Business Risk Manager / Risk & Governance Specialist (m/f/d). Together with our around 100 dedicated and ambitious colleagues, we want to further develop the future of People & Culture in our bank. In this role, you will take on governance tasks, help shape processes, and contribute significantly to compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks within the People & Culture organisation
- Coordinating, revising, and ensuring compliance with internal regulations and policies
- Creating and maintaining reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and compliance
- Working closely with internal audit to ensure all relevant processes and controls meet internal and external requirements
- Supporting audits and implementing measures arising from audit findings
- Supporting and coordinating disciplinary procedures and internal investigations in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Actively participating in projects focused on governance topics
- Supporting and advising managers and employees on governance and risk management matters
Your Profile
- Completed studies in business administration, law, finance, or a related field - additional qualifications in risk management are advantageous
- Several years of experience in a comparable role, preferably in governance, risk management, or compliance, ideally in the financial sector
- Solid knowledge in risk management as well as a good understanding of regulatory requirements and internal control systems
- Very precise, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high standard of quality
- High integrity, assertiveness, and the ability to act confidently even in challenging situations
- Strong ability to communicate complex matters clearly and understandably, both in writing and orally
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
