About the job
The Blumenfeld Foundation Zuchwil is known for its warmth and offers 86 residents who require care and support a "home." Three openly managed residential groups, including one residential group for short-term stays with 16 single rooms as well as a gerontopsychiatric residential group, in which we also care for day guests, complete our care and nursing services.
To complement our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and reliable
Certified Nursing Specialist HF or
Health Specialist EFZ 40-60%
in the Night Shift
Your tasks:
- Individual, holistic care and support
- Taking over night responsibility/house responsibility
- Professional support of the subordinate employees
- Responsible for the implementation of the nursing process
- Ensuring complete, professional, and differentiated nursing documentation (easyDOK)
- Co-responsible for recording nursing effort with interRAI LTCF
- Recognizing and managing emergency situations, independently initiating appropriate measures
Your profile:
- Degree as Certified Nursing Specialist HF or Health Specialist EFZ with practical experience
- Knowledge and experience with interRAI LTCF are an advantage
- Open, resilient, and organizationally strong personality
- You are a team player with high social skills
- You have good oral and written communication skills
- Your ability for holistic and networked thinking is evident in everyday life
