About the job
The Blumenfeld Zuchwil Foundation is known for its warmth and offers a "home" to 86 residents who require care and support. Three openly managed residential groups, including one group for short-term stays with 16 single rooms as well as a gerontopsychiatric residential group, where we also care for day guests, complete our care and nursing services.
To complement our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable person to start immediately or by arrangement
Certified Nursing Specialist HF or
Health Specialist EFZ 40-60%
on the night shift
Your tasks:
- Individual, holistic care and support
- Taking responsibility for the night shift/house management
- Professional support of subordinate staff
- Responsible for implementing the nursing process
- Ensuring complete, professional and detailed nursing documentation (easyDOK)
- Co-responsible for recording nursing workload with interRAI LTCF
- Recognising and managing emergency situations, independently initiating appropriate measures
Your profile:
- Qualification as Certified Nursing Specialist HF or Health Specialist EFZ with practical experience
- Knowledge and experience with interRAI LTCF are advantageous
- Open, resilient and highly organised personality
- You are a team player with strong social skills
- You have good verbal and written communication skills
- Your ability for holistic and interconnected thinking is evident in daily work
