About the job

• Collaboration in the conception, planning and implementation of the BA Illustration degree programme
• Assumption of organisational, coordinating and administrative tasks for the programme management
• Organisation of meetings and commissions including minute-taking and documentation
• Coordination, communication and organisation of events in the study area
• Support in the administrative processing of teaching and curriculum projects
• Point of contact for students, lecturers and administration in everyday university life

• Completed training or studies in the administrative, organisational or design field, ideally at a university, preferably in the field of illustration
• Initial experience in administration, organisation or university environment is an advantage
• 1-2 years of professional experience after studies as well as own artistic-design practice is an advantage
• Interest in illustration, design and art
• Structured, efficient and independent working style
• Confident handling of common office applications (Microsoft Office)
• Communication skills and knowledge of German and English
• Enjoyment in working with students and lecturers
• Flexibility in working hours
