The Kantonsschule Wiedikon is a grammar school with around 1200 students, 200 teachers, various academic profiles as well as a specialised middle school. For the 2024/25 school year, the Kantonsschule Wiedikon has opened a location on Hohlstrasse near Hardbrücke station. The transfer of the Hohlstrasse location into an independent middle school – the "Kantonsschule Aussersihl" – has been applied for. From 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for an administration staff member for the Hohlstrasse location.
- In close cooperation with the school management, you are responsible for the school administration of our classes.
- You support the two deputy principals in their operational tasks and projects (entrance examination, absence management, final examinations).
- You manage the student files, are responsible for mailings and support the school management in all matters.
- You are often the first point of contact for students, teachers and parents by phone, email or in direct contact.
- Completed commercial basic training or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the commercial field
- Careful and efficient working
- Flawless German skills in spoken and written form
- Very good Microsoft 365 user skills and an interest in familiarising yourself with new IT and ICT systems
- Team-oriented, reliable and service-oriented
- Enjoyment of working with people, varied tasks and changing challenges
We offer you a varied activity in an exciting, growing environment in a central location in Zurich. The contemporary employment conditions correspond to the cantonal guidelines. You work a slightly increased workload during school weeks and can compensate overtime and holidays during school holidays. Your working days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday.
