Customer Advisor in Field Sales Northwest Switzerland
Your responsibility
You work in a very versatile area and are basically everything in one: an active sales professional, businessperson, and you know how to sustainably maintain and expand your network.
Specifically, this means:
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships in your sales region Northwest Switzerland
- Identifying sales opportunities in new and renovation projects and actively approaching customers
- Acquiring new customers
- Maintaining customer data and creating individual offers and orders in our ERP system Abacus
- Collaborating with the internal sales department on projects and international customers
Your skills
With our rental fleet, we ensure that the right equipment is at the right place for every assignment, and thanks to our training offers, we make sure that the equipment operators are properly trained. You are the one who keeps everything together. And whoever holds the threads always needs a good overview. Good prerequisites for this are – besides sales strength and technical flair – flexibility, a solution-oriented working style, as well as a great deal of planning and organisational talent.
With the following additional requirements, you are well equipped:
- Technical basic training with commercial further education or commercial basic training with good technical understanding
- At least 3 years of experience in field sales
- A network of contacts in the region and you live in the sales area
- Self-initiative, negotiation skills with assertiveness
- Enjoyment of intensive customer contact (also by phone)
- Solution-oriented and a doer
- Proficient user knowledge of common MS Office programmes, Abacus knowledge is an advantage
- High resilience and enthusiasm for work
- Very good German skills (level native speaker), English is an advantage
- Interest in an extraordinary industry and enthusiasm for an exciting new field of work
