On behalf of our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a polymechanic as an operator for the penetrant testing FPI (a).- Operation of the FPI system for testing components
- Carrying out dye penetrant tests according to the production order
- Deburring and reworking of the components
- Independent quality control through dimensional checks and documentation of deviations in SAP
- Recording and maintenance of production key figures
- Maintenance and care of the systems as well as the peripheral devices
- Completed technical or mechanical basic training
- Several years of experience in industrial manufacturing is an advantage
- Further training to become PT1 and PT2 examiner or willingness for further training
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts and additional assignments
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
- Independent and reliable working style
- Flexible and team-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility
