To strengthen our Marketing & Sales department, we are looking for a
Regional Sales Manager, based in France
(home office)
Under the supervision of the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) at the headquarters in Switzerland, your responsibilities:
Based on the objectives received, define, coordinate and execute sales and marketing activities for Asyril products in France;
Maintain and develop relationships with our integrators, distributors, and contacts;
Help our partners acquire, develop, and support new customers;
Listen to and analyze customer needs;
Prepare sales offers, submit them to customers, and negotiate;
Assist our partners in preparing sales offers;
Actively manage your sales funnel and report in the CRM database;
Follow up on ongoing projects;
Apply the Quality Management System and comply with its rules in the execution of the function's tasks;
Create and update sales reports and forecasts to be submitted to the CSMO;
Participate in the preparation and attend marketing events and exhibitions;
Synthesize and report specific customer development requests, as well as market information for sales and product development;
Communicate requests or information that may interest other group companies.
Your profile:
Experience in a technological field, particularly in industrial automation or robotics industry;
At least 10 years of experience in technical sales in a B2B environment;
Strong interest in commercial activities, results-oriented, excellent presentation and negotiation skills;
Very good organization and flexibility, with a good team spirit;
Availability for travel (up to 40-60% of working time, mainly in
France and Switzerland);
Native French speaker, with a very good level of English. Other languages are an asset;
Driving license required.
