- You will carry out general administrative tasks in close collaboration with the central services
- You will take on the organisational responsibility
- The use of MS Planner for project management will be among your responsibilities
- You support the project managers with tasks such as checking offers and invoices as well as creating order confirmations
- You moderate the project manager meetings and are involved in process optimisations in project management
Qualifications:
- You have a completed training as a businessman/woman EFZ or a comparable basic education
- Your thinking and acting is holistic, structured and entrepreneurial
- You are innovative, dynamic, independent and proficient in project management with MS Planner
- You show interest in energy topics, technology and planning
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written
