Dental Assistant with Reception Affinity M/F

Ecublens Permanent Contract

TASKS

As a dental assistant focused on reception, you are the first smile our patients encounter when arriving at the clinic. You ensure a warm and professional welcome while overseeing the smooth running of daily activities.

Your main responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide patients with kindness.
• Manage telephone calls and information requests.
• Schedule and coordinate practitioners' appointments.
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of patient files.
• Participate in managing diaries to optimise the organisation of the clinic.
• Work closely with the entire team to provide a quality patient experience.
• Provide administrative support to practitioners and the clinical team when necessary.

PROFILE

You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a dental assistant or an equivalent qualification.

You enjoy human contact and are committed to offering an impeccable welcome to every patient.

You demonstrate organisation, rigour, and can manage several tasks simultaneously with calmness.

You are comfortable with IT tools and administrative tasks.

You possess an excellent sense of service and communication.

You appreciate teamwork and contribute to a positive and caring atmosphere.

You know how to be discreet and respect the confidentiality of the information handled.

Experience at the reception of a dental clinic is an asset.
