Your mission :

• Welcome children and their families in a respectful and professional manner.

• Provide parenting support

• Ensure the psychological, emotional, and physical safety and well-being of the child and support their overall development

• Observe, document, and analyze the child's development and learning.

• Play a preventive role with the child and their family

• Take a leading role in managing a group of children, animating the team, and proposing adapted playful activities

• Guarantee the inclusion of everyone in the educational mission

• Have a duty to alert on any breach of safety and well-treatment rules and a duty of prevention and protection of the child

• Collaborate and actively communicate with the site management and the entire educational team

• Share knowledge and know-how to develop the overall skills of the teams

• Develop reflective action on one’s function, role, and tasks.

• Contribute to creating a pleasant and motivating work environment respecting Babilou group values and each person’s personality.

• Supervise and organize the daily life of the children’s groups in the sector to ensure families and children receive impeccable care quality.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of the sector teams to guarantee the proper functioning of the groups and the care of the children.

• Contribute to creating a positive work atmosphere based on fairness, transparency, listening, availability, and efficiency

Your profile :

• Diploma. ES or HES educator or equivalent recognized by the competent authority

• Good oral knowledge of French and ideally English

• Proactivity and analytical skills

• Initiative and exemplary behavior

• Work ethic and sense of responsibility

• Relational and organizational skills

• Listening skills, ease of communication, and team spirit

• Versatility, flexibility, and enthusiasm
