Head of Outpatient Oncology 80%
Your tasks - responsible and versatile
- As head of department, you take over the professional, personnel, and organizational management of our outpatient oncology in Burgdorf and actively shape the quality and development of care
- You implement defined operational standards and nursing processes according to clear guidelines
- You are committed to the further development of nursing and ensure that employees are guided and promoted purposefully both professionally and personally
- You coordinate the achievement of department goals and lead your team with foresight and clarity through everyday work
- You ensure safe care and therapy for outpatient oncology patients
You bring with you
- You have a diploma in nursing HF/FH (or an equivalent foreign diploma recognized in Switzerland) and have several years of experience in oncology nursing – ideally complemented by management training or the willingness to complete it.
- Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience in a comparable role
- You are a committed, proactive, and open personality with pronounced professional and social skills and know how to inspire, motivate, and strengthen your team
- You treat people with respect and appreciation – the well-being of patients is your focus
- You practice your profession with joy, enjoy working in a team, and think and act in a networked and service-oriented manner. Interdisciplinary collaboration is important to you.
- You approach conflicts solution-oriented and actively promote the personal responsibility of your employees
