For our new store at Spalenberg in Basel, we are looking for you: open, motivated, and eager not only to advise customers but truly to inspire them.

Your mission

You make the everyday store experience a strong one: good vibes, honest advice, strong looks – and customers who love to come back.

Your tasks

• Advise & inspire customers: greeting, styling, sales, checkout
• Live the assortment: know products, give recommendations, tell stories about materials/labels
• Store setup: present goods, keep order, contribute ideas for visuals
• Keep everyday under control: simple administrative tasks, restocking, help with inventory/goods receipt
• Complaints/claims: friendly, solution-oriented, well documented

What you bring

• Experience in sales (fashion/lifestyle an advantage)
• A good sense for people, style, and service – you enjoy advising
• Interest in sustainability (you don’t have to know everything – but you want to learn)
• Basic technical understanding & MS Office skills
• German very good, English good, other languages are a plus
• You are reliable, flexible, and like to pitch in
