In this position, you will work in the production of diagnostic reagents for hemostasis as well as pharmaceutical active ingredients and make an important contribution to the quality and reliability of our diagnostic products. You will work in GMP-regulated processes and accompany the manufacturing process from formulation to documentation.
Responsibilities
Production of reagents for diagnostics in the field of hemostasis
Preparation of solutions, filling into vials, and lyophilization of reagents
Participation in preparative chromatography under GMP conditions on pilot and laboratory scale
Execution and documentation of in-process controls
GMP-compliant production and complete documentation according to applicable regulations
Maintenance of equipment including assistance with maintenance, calibration, and qualification
Support in process and cleaning validations
Creation and processing of deviation reports
Qualifications
Completed training as a chemical technician, laboratory technician, or comparable scientific-technical education
Experience in formulation and filling as well as working in a regulated environment (GMP, cleanroom ISO 8 / Zone D)
Knowledge in DSP (liquid/solid chromatography, filtration)
Experience with computer-controlled systems and machines; ERP experience is a plus
Resilient, open, decisive, and team-oriented personality
Good user knowledge of MS Office & UNICORN control software
Fluent German and English skills
