About the job

• You will take on administrative and organisational tasks as an assistant in the Bachelor programme Medical Engineering | Life Sciences, especially in student recruitment, and work closely with the programme management and students
• You will carry out general tasks in student recruitment for Medical Engineering
• You will create content for recruitment events and promotional materials (website, social media, print materials, film sequences, etc.)
• You will support media work (concept, planning, implementation; including writing short media articles, etc.)
• You will be responsible for the programme's social media channels
• You will assist in organising trade fair appearances and participate in them
• You will also support internal and external information events as well as workshops for pupils and participate in them

• You have completed commercial training and have several years of professional experience in communication and marketing as well as in administrative and organisational areas
• You have an independent and precise way of working as well as strong organisational skills
• You possess networked & creative thinking and the ability to work in a dynamic and complex university environment
• Your confident German and very good language skills in spoken and written form (writing texts) distinguish you
• You are a team player, flexible, have good presentation skills and enjoy conveying information
• You hold a category B driving licence (for off-site events)
