Senior Backend Developer

As a Senior Backend Developer, you work as part of an agile team developing top-class web applications.

• You have at least 4 years of experience programming with C#, Java, or Go
• You are proficient with current .NET or Spring frameworks
• You are familiar with database design and REST interfaces
• DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud technologies are not new to you
• You have already gained experience with agile methodology

What defines you

• You possess excellent analytical and technical skills and can communicate with business and IT stakeholders on equal footing
• You speak fluent German and English (at least C1 level), French is a plus
• You are a strong team player but also enjoy working independently
• You value transparent communication and an open feedback culture
• You bring enthusiasm and passion for new technologies
• You enjoy new, varied challenges
• You appreciate personal exchange with clients and are willing to visit them on-site occasionally
