Tasks:
- organizes, plans and manages projects, even complex ones, with strategic skill, referring to current directives and methodology, in order to achieve the expected results respecting time, costs and agreed quality. Implements active risk management
- establishes organizational requirements through analysis of organizational structure, operational processes and current regulations which form the basis for solution development in collaboration with external consultants and the Information Systems Center
- leads projects within the scope of competence or collaborates in roles such as business analyst, SAP module or application manager. Regularly informs the steering committee/management and line and prepares progress reports
- pays particular attention to change management, manages and resolves conflicts
- coordinates the activities of SAP key users to identify suitable solutions that promote digitalization and continuous optimization with particular regard to the financial area. Collaborates with other SAP competence centers and external consultants ensuring information sharing
- ensures management, integration and operation between SAP financial modules and other SAP modules as well as with third-party management applications that feed the SAP system and acts as a reference for targeted activities such as financial reporting
- provides adequate support for SAP financial modules and related applications, maintains regular contact with key users in the organization
- handles regular activities for system and data maintenance. Performs accounting operations on SAP financial modules to support the section
- provides SAP training for cantonal administration users for the relevant modules, prepares/updates documentation and maintains own skills
Requirements:
- bachelor + master or bachelor in economic or technical field with good business management skills
- several years of professional experience in a project manager or business analyst role
- ability to work independently and in a team, good decision-making and organizational skills
- knowledge of accounting
- excellent knowledge of Italian and excellent spoken and written German (or French) and English
- knowledge of Hermes methodology or other project management standards
- strong user orientation, good communication skills, determination and goal orientation, team spirit, strong negotiation and mediation skills
- preferential qualifications:
- knowledge of public accounting
- experience in SAP functional area
- knowledge of SAP FI/CO (transactions, configuration and reporting), other modules and BI (Business Intelligence) applications
Special remarks:
- the position of scientific collaborator I (class 10) can only be assigned to candidates with complete academic degrees: university license, degree, consecutive Bachelor + Master or university of applied sciences (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits) and who have at least 15 years of professional experience in the required field
- the position of scientific collaborator II (class 9) will be assigned to candidates with only a Bachelor or a short degree or candidates with less than 15 years of professional experience in the required field and with complete academic degrees: university license, degree, consecutive master or university of applied sciences (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits)

Employment conditions:

- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
