Your tasks
- Independent preparation of our daily menus as well as à la carte dishes in the cold and hot kitchen
- Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and occupational safety regulations, HACCP
- Quality assurance
- Active support in the supervision and promotion of our apprentices
- Participation in banquets and events
Your profile
- Completed training as a Cook EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in a kitchen with an à la carte offer
- Team-oriented, committed personality with enthusiasm for a lively and dynamic working environment
- Strong quality awareness and a trained eye for detail in food preparation
