About the job
Who are we?
Amaris Consulting is an independent consulting and technology company serving businesses. With over 1000 clients worldwide, we have been deploying solutions for the largest projects for more than a decade - all made possible by an international team of 7,600 talents spread across 5 continents and more than 60 countries. Our solutions focus on four different business areas: Information systems and digital, telecommunications, life sciences, and engineering. We aim to create and develop a community of talents where all members of our team can reach their full potential. Amaris is your "stepping stone" to cross the rivers of change, to meet challenges, and to successfully complete all your projects. At Amaris, we are committed to offering our candidates the best possible recruitment experience. We seek to better know and understand our candidates, challenge them, and share our impressions as quickly as possible. Here is what our recruitment process looks like:
First contact: Our process usually starts with a brief virtual/phone conversation to learn more about you! The goal? To get to know you, understand your motivations, and ensure we offer you the position that best suits you!
Interviews (on average, the number of interviews is 3 – but it may vary depending on the seniority level required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet members of our team: your future manager of course, but also other people you will work with. These interviews will allow us to learn more about you, your experience and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our history, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, you may be asked to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
As you know, every person is different and the same goes for every role in a company. That is why we must adapt accordingly, so the process can sometimes be somewhat different for each person. That said, we always put ourselves in the candidate's shoes to offer the best possible experience. We look forward to meeting you!
Job description
You will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of the CLM platform. You will act as the interface between business stakeholders (Purchasing, Legal, Sales, Real Estate) and technology to ensure the solution fits their evolving needs. This position offers the opportunity to become an expert on a cutting-edge SaaS solution and to develop your skills in the procurement technology ecosystem.
Your missions:

- Collaborate with the product owner and business users to gather requirements, identify pain points, and translate requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements.
- Be the level 3 technical reference on the CLM platform: user support, incident resolution, creation of training materials to promote adoption.
- Participate in the initial implementation and future evolutions: testing new features, managing test environments, deploying updates to production.
- Write and maintain technical and user documentation on platform configurations, processes, and integrations.
- Contribute to the evaluation and potential integration of other SaaS solutions in the procurement ecosystem.
About you:
- Graduate of an engineering, business school, or university, with a specialization in IT, information systems, or related field.
- Significant experience in administration and configuration of a SaaS Contract Lifecycle Management tool (Sirion, Icertis, Conga, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, etc.).
- Mastery of system configuration, workflow design, and translating business processes into technical solutions.
- Experience with Sirion is a plus.
- Experience working within a product team using Agile/Scrum methodology, focused on continuous improvement and iterative delivery.
- Knowledge of other procurement/source-to-pay platforms (Coupa, SAP Ariba, GEP) appreciated.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What we offer:
- An international community bringing together more than 110 different nationalities
- An environment where trust is central: 70% of our managers started their journey at the first level of responsibility
- A robust training system with our internal Academy and more than 250 modules available
- A dynamic and friendly work environment, punctuated by many internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.)
- A strong commitment to CSR, notably through our WeCare Together program
