For our three Spitex locations, we are looking for a committed individual who not only provides care but actively shapes it. In this newly created specialist role, you will apply your expertise purposefully, support the teams in complex care situations, and introduce new impulses in care practice. • Professional responsibility and further development of care quality at our three Spitex locations
• Consultation and support of teams in complex care situations as well as management of your own demanding cases
• Support and care of our clients and their relatives in challenging situations
• Planning and conducting training sessions and professional development courses
• Development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based standards and guidelines
• Participation in the further development of internal processes and projects in the area of care and quality
• Interprofessional collaboration with general practitioners, referrers, and external partners

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
• Advanced qualification in the field of nursing, ideally Bachelor or Master of Science in Nursing or an equivalent further education
• Solid professional experience, preferably in Spitex or long-term care
• Enjoyment of professional development as well as accompanying and supporting teams
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Perigon is an advantage
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B is required

The KZU, with its two in-house day nurseries, operates two care centres in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers older, care-dependent people a home and, alongside various specialised services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
