Your role
We are looking for a motivated person to support the Zurich Center for Sustainability Leadership (ZCSL) in administrative, communicative, and project-related tasks. The ZCSL is part of the ZHAW School of Management and Law and focuses on executive education, applied research, and innovation labs in the fields of circular economy, corporate responsibility, and people-technology-governance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the further development of the ZCSL's digital presence in collaboration with the university's marketing team, managing CRM system
- Creating and managing LinkedIn posts and short campaigns, including content collection from lecturers and researchers
- Driving small-scale marketing activities (e.g., coordinating print materials, ordering giveaways, proof-reading communications)
- Assisting in project and stakeholder coordination across research, teaching, and applied innovation initiatives
- Handling administrative requests and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Your profile
- Experience with social media marketing (especially LinkedIn); basic knowledge of content design and analytics is an advantage
- Proven experience as an assistant, communications officer, or marketing/project coordinator
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Confident in working with MS Office, collaborative tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom), and CRM software
- Proactive mindset, team player, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
- Interest in sustainability topics and working in a purpose-driven organization
- High proficiency in English and German
