About the job

Your tasks include

Independent maintenance and support of the IT infrastructure (client, server and network), daily monitoring of the systems
Participation in demanding IT projects
Co-responsible as a central contact point with professional support for employees in case of problems and disruptions in 1st and 2nd level support
Coordination of external service partners
Analysing disruptions and error conditions as well as initiating, monitoring and implementing measures to resolve errors

You bring with you

Completed training in the field of computer science (EFZ or higher) and proven several years of professional experience, ideally in healthcare
Very high competencies in Microsoft environments, VMware and Citrix products and their system components
Sound expertise in network fundamentals
Strong awareness of information security and data protection
Experience in independently participating in and implementing IT projects
Very good German skills (spoken and written level C2)
Customer- and service-oriented personality
