• Scheduling is the heart of our Spitex organization, and we are looking for someone who will make this heart beat with passion and organizational skill. Your tasks include planning and coordinating customer assignments in the areas of care, support, and housekeeping
• You are the architect behind the smooth process, organizing materials and documents and skillfully juggling monthly schedules and short-term rescheduling.
• You also take care of general administrative tasks, from mail handling to customer administration.
• With your friendly, patient, and competent manner, you advise our customers and interested parties by phone to provide them with the best possible support

• You are a commercial specialist (businesswoman/businessman) or have training as an MPA or medical secretary with pronounced organizational talent.
• German as a native language and good French skills are basic requirements
• Good IT user skills complete your profile
• Experience in dispatching and/or appointment organization is an advantage
• Strong organizational talent: You like to work independently, efficiently, and have a quick grasp
• You are team-oriented and used to making agreements within the team
• High customer and service orientation: Telephone customer contact is the focus
