Flexible Duration / Working Hours
The notarial internship lasts between 9 and 18 months depending on agreement. The employment rate is generally 100%. In individual cases, we also make exceptions. To prepare for the notarial exam, you have the opportunity to attend lectures at the university two half-days per week.
Broad Insight
It is important to us to provide our notarial candidates with solid knowledge and to prepare them thoroughly both for their notarial exam and their future work. In the notarial internship at Häusermann + Partner, you will gain comprehensive insight into the daily work in a notary's office, benefit from our many years of experience, and be able to participate in complex projects across Switzerland.
Mentoring
Close support and supervision of our notarial candidates is very important to us. You will become part of our well-coordinated team and, in close collaboration with our experienced caseworkers and lawyers, handle mandates from all areas of notarial work.

Company and Commercial Law
Company formations, general meeting / board of directors minutes, commercial register applications, restructurings, share capital / registered capital increases, subsequent payments, capital reductions, dissolutions / liquidations, shareholder / partner agreements, share purchase agreements, assignment agreements of registered shares
Property Law
Purchase agreements (including BGBB, BewG), pre-purchase / pre-emption / purchase right agreements, gift agreements, exchange agreements, transfer deeds, land register applications, condominium ownership foundations, easement agreements, mortgage agreements, parcel divisions and mergers, real divisions
Obligations Law
Rental agreements, employment contracts, loan agreements, powers of attorney, guarantees
Personal Law
Association formations, foundation establishments
Family and Inheritance Law
Marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, advance directives, wills / inheritance contracts, assignments on account of future inheritance, deposit agreements, inventories, certificates of inheritance, openings of dispositions upon death, inheritance division agreements, executorships
Tax Law
Real estate gains tax, transfer tax, inheritance and gift tax, income and profit tax
Certification Procedures
Authentications, copies (in paper and electronic form), preparation for / participation in certifications, party representations / witness duties
Miscellaneous
Certificates of determination, drafting newsletter contributions, legal clarifications, participation in meetings with clients
