About the job

In this role, you will make a direct contribution to a modern, data-driven insurance supervision and sustainably shape its further development.

• Analysis and optimisation of business processes to increase efficiency and
• Development and implementation of automated, future-proof process solutions
• Analysis of existing workflows and identification of optimisation potential in the process landscape
• Ensuring standardisation and quality of central processes and applications
• Collaboration in cross-departmental teams as well as representation in FINMA-wide committees

• Degree (FH/University) in Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable (focus on processes/digitalisation)
• 5-7 years of experience in process management or comparable functions
• Very good knowledge of CRM systems as well as MS SQL Server/T-SQL; R/Python is an advantage
• Enjoy working between specialist departments, IT and supervision
• Analytical skills, structured/solution-oriented working style and hands-on mentality
• Very good German or French skills (C2) as well as good knowledge of the other language (B2), good English skills (B2)
