Service Engineer Ultrasound 100% (m/f/d) - German-speaking Switzerland

To strengthen our UL team (Ultrasound) in the German-speaking Switzerland region, we are looking for an enthusiastic personality to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Maintenance, repair and carrying out safety inspections on UL systems (ultrasound systems) in hardware and software areas
- Ordering spare parts and monitoring stock
- Carrying out modifications and updates on UL systems
- Performing device deployments in the UL area (customer and demo devices)
- Integration of UL systems into customers' network infrastructure
- Independent customer support: advising customers on all service matters, technical instruction of customers and operation of remote service
- Problem identification and documentation
- Maintaining the device logbook and technical documentation
This is done in compliance with the applicable regulations and guidelines of Canon regarding quality, environment and information security.
Your profile
- Completed training and/or studies in electrical engineering, medical technology, information technology, mechatronics or comparable fields
- Experience in installation, repair and maintenance of technical systems (advantageous: in the medical field and/or IT)
- Good technical knowledge in Windows operating systems, PC hardware and network technology
- Fluent in German and good English skills
- Driving licence category B and willingness to travel throughout Switzerland (a company vehicle – also for private use – is naturally provided)
