Tasks

• Telephone contact with internal and external offices
• Administration, coordination and controlling including appointment coordination for doctors, psychologists and case-managing nursing professionals
• Writing / editing of medical correspondence and reports as well as administration of reporting and patient documentation
• Coordination and execution of various secretarial tasks
• Contact person for patients, doctors, psychologists, nursing staff and external offices

Profile

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with additional training as a medical secretary and/or other professional qualification in a similar role
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a medical secretariat or a similar function
• Accurate, efficient and independent working style
• Flexible, resilient and team-oriented personality with a sense of responsibility and organisational talent, who maintains an overview even during hectic periods and phases of high workload
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Very good IT user skills (clinical information systems SAP, possibly Polypoint, MS Office suite)
• Willingness to work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays
