Chairperson of the Executive Board 

In this central leadership role, you will share overall operational responsibility for the corporate group together with the other members of the Executive Board and significantly shape its further development. As the link between the Board of Directors and the Executive Board, you ensure that strategic objectives are consistently translated into operational management.

Your Responsibilities

You lead and coordinate the Executive Board and ensure the implementation of the strategies and resolutions defined by the Board of Directors together with your Executive Board colleagues. Together with the Board of Directors and the members of the Executive Board, you develop business strategies and plans and create the conditions for sustainable and successful further development of the corporate group.

Your key tasks include:

• Leading and coordinating the Executive Board 
• Implementing the strategic directives and resolutions of the Board of Directors
• Further developing business strategies and corporate planning in coordination with the Board of Directors
• Monitoring profit and investment budgets, forecasts, and relevant corporate key figures
• Responsibility for finance and accounting in close cooperation with the head of accounting
• Ensuring liquidity as well as accompanying annual, semi-annual, and consolidated financial statements
• Leading, supporting, and developing directly subordinate employees and managers
• Responsibility for central tasks in human resources and recruitment
• Ensuring efficient administrative processes and a functioning IT system
• Representing the companies to external contacts
• Ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements
• Leading and supporting additional strategic projects, especially in connection with the further expansion of the corporate group

Your Profile

For this versatile key position, we are looking for an experienced leader with a pronounced entrepreneurial understanding and a strong affinity for business management contexts.

Ideally, you bring several years of experience in a comparable leadership role and are familiar with the demands of overall operational responsibility in the automotive industry. Sound knowledge in finance and accounting as well as experience in personnel management and organisational development provide a good foundation for this role.

You convince through decisiveness, a sense of responsibility, and a structured, solution-oriented working style. At the same time, you know how to inspire people for common goals, develop managers, and constructively reconcile different interests at Executive Board and Board of Directors levels.
