- Project development and creation of concepts for renovations and new buildings
- Contact person for clients, customers, partners, suppliers, and craftsmen
- Responsibility for meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Taking over cost management
- Identifying and implementing optimization potential
- You have completed a degree in architecture (ETH or HTL/FH)?
- You have good knowledge of common Swiss building standards and approval procedures?
- You like and can take responsibility?
- You are honest, open, and curious?
- You master the ArchiCAD program?
- You are familiar with the SIA planning phases?
- You show great sensitivity in dealing with customers, partners, and authorities?
