Your tasks

• Leadership support and deputy to the head of department
• Leading projects and project groups, participating in cross-departmental projects, meetings and working groups
• Managing the administration team
• Preparing analyses and decision-making bases
• Creating concepts, reports and applications for the education commission and municipal authorities
• Coordinating school infrastructures (needs assessment to procurement of school furniture, ICT, special facilities, etc.)

Your profile

• Advanced education and training in pedagogical, technical or commercial fields at university of applied sciences or higher vocational school level
• Several years of professional and project management experience in the field of education
• High resilience, assertiveness, social and negotiation skills
• Flexibility, innovation, creativity as well as very good conceptual skills
