Your tasks with the new employer

• You bear the professional and operational overall responsibility for the accounting of several companies and ensure reliable and timely processing of financial processes
• You coordinate the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure high quality of financial data and reporting
• As a leader, you accompany and develop your team, set clear priorities, and ensure efficient workflows in day-to-day business
• Together with internal interfaces and external partners, you further develop processes and systems and actively drive digitalisation in accounting

You offer your new employer

• You have a business degree or a solid further education in finance and accounting, for example at expert or auditing level
• You bring several years of professional experience with specialist and leadership responsibility in finance as well as solid expertise in financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
• Fluent German skills are required for this leadership role; in addition, you impress with confident handling of modern financial and ERP systems and a strong affinity for digitalisation
• With your open and committed manner, you build trust, provide orientation, and know how to win people over for common goals and successfully drive change forward
