Activation Specialist 80 - 100%

• You actively shape the daily life of our residents by planning and conducting a varied and appealing activation program as well as sociocultural events. In doing so, you create an atmosphere that contributes to the joy of life and well-being of our residents.
• You support and accompany our residents individually and empathetically, always responding to their needs and wishes.
• You work closely with external partners to ensure a diverse and high-quality offer.
• You promote collaboration with all departments in the house to ensure comprehensive care and targeted activation.
• You work according to the internal activation concept, document your activities in detail in the internal system CareCoach, and thus present your services transparently.

• You have completed further training as an Activation and Daily Life Specialist and already have professional experience in long-term care.
• Your joy in working with elderly people is reflected in your commitment and empathy.
• Very good oral and written German skills are among your strengths, as is a confident handling of MS Office, which is an advantage.
• Resilience, flexibility, independence, and creativity are natural to you and shape your way of working.
