For our Finance Department in Stein, we are looking for a Financial Accounting Clerk 20-30% (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement

Your mission

• Managing the main cash register
• Monthly reconciliation of clearing accounts
• Preparation of billing statements for vocational integration
• Participation in projects, especially the integration of asset accounting into the ERP system
• Holiday cover for the accounts payable clerk
• General administrative tasks in the finance area
• Working hours for a 20% workload: 1 full day or 2 half days (1× morning, 1× afternoon) 30%: 1 full day and 1 half day

Your profile

• Commercial basic training or equivalent, further training in finance is an advantage
• Experience with an ERP system (Abacus is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Enjoy working with numbers as well as precise and reliable working methods
• Independent, structured and responsible personality
