We are specifically expanding AI and automation – both internally and with our clients. For this, we are looking for a person for our Automation Team in Spreitenbach AG, Tagelswangen ZH or Reinach BL who not only implements but actively shapes the area.

Data, AI & Automation Engineer (m/f) 80-100%

Your area of responsibility

• You develop and operate internal AI solutions around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• You integrate AI functions into our customer portal ONEplace
• You support automation projects with clients – from analysis to implementation
• You are part of our TAM team (Tool, Automation & Monitoring)
• You identify potential for data, AI and automation and contribute your own ideas
• You actively help shape the development of the Data & AI area

Your profile

Whether starting your career or with extensive experience: curiosity, initiative and enthusiasm for AI and automation are decisive.

• Education or further training in computer science, data science, business informatics or comparable practical experience
• Initial or solid experience with AI tools and large language models
• Understanding of data, interfaces (APIs) and process automation
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good German skills, good English skills
• Advantageous: experience with Microsoft Business Central or the Microsoft environment
• Ideally, you are already familiar with our tech stack: Microsoft Copilot, Claude (Anthropic) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
